Default old school choice for the front end of my build...

So I finally got it out of its tomb and got it all cleaned up (it spent a decade underneath the front seat of a pickup.......it was NASTY)

Its a early 90's vintage Coustic AMP-268, rated at 4x45. Coustic soiled their name by becoming the typical "Made in China" low end manufacturer, and most recently, they seem to have been snapped up by MTX.
But back in the day.......they made some high quality stuff...... its got a nice assymetrical crossover onboard, the line out has adjustable voltage, and from the guts shot, you can see they are very well built.
I cant find the manual for the 268, but the one for the 260 (its 2 channel baby brother) says it 45 watts a channel at 4 ohms, with 0.09% THD, S/N ratio >95db......its a clean machine.

Even though I have cleaned it up, its still a tad rough looking, but its got it where it counts.

So what do you guys think, will it do rated? :-)

clicky photos for super hi res

Forgot to mention, those are supposed to be 25 amp fuses, I just stuck 20's in there to fill the holes while I was cleaning it.
