BIGPATIN is still in the green - This is good

Its been awhile since I purchased the neon underglow lights from him. I posted a thread about the lights how they were not packaged correctly and how they were broken in the shippment process. He said that He told the people to package them securely and to make sure to do that prior to shipping. Well He has been aware of that since I posted that thread and he said that he needed the pictures in order to report the claim. He said that he did and that I would have my money back. Well its been over a year and he hasnt responded to any of my pm's. I told him several time to please let me know how the claim was going. He said he would pay for them out of his pocket and then just keep the money from the claim. Till this day I have never recieved a cent. He seems Like a shady person. Therefore I am leaving this....

It was 60 bones. And I may get flamed on for that, but Fu(k it. I bought what I bought and I didnt get it in the condition that I had originally paid it for. I am sure no one would want to buy something and then get it broken. So thats out there now.

I just dealt with DAve, and all went well. Seems like a cool, honest guy. Hopefully its just a mixup and all will get straightened out.

i've never dealt with the guy and he SHOULD have packaged them himself but atleast he is trying to work with you. i just sold an item to someone on this forum (no names mentioned yet) and he wouldn't reply my pm's for my money for over a month. he just got back to me but i stll have yet to see my f*ckin money.

atleast he isn't totally screwin you over.

Well its been over a year. I figure that this guy is just ignoring me and doesnt want to respond to me cuz it might not be worth his time or some ****! I hope he straightens it out.

I think he will, he sells alot on ROE. He wouldnt want this to poison his feedback I would think.

I've dealt with him pretty recently. I bought his 18" Eclipses and had no problem sending him over $600.

ya, Daves a cool guy "ive never delt w/him personally", but he has sold lots of stuff on here and has had minimal problems from what ive seen...
