Sony Es 7547

2. Specs:
Sony Mobile ES 7547

This amp can do 250x4 @ 2 ohms continuously, not peak.
Also can use any ohm sub on the rear channels as it is switchable for 4 or 2 ohm and 1 or .5 ohm.

You cant beat it for a passive front/sub system. So many features and crossover high enough for active. Plus direct mode that bypasses the crossovers and boost circuitry.

100 amp fuse (25 a channel)

I dont see any user name.....I just came to this thread i thought some noob was asking if the sony amp was .5 stable I was about to laugh at him. but i see this old monster I did not know sony made tank amps like this....I vote for a gut shot, not interested in buying just would like to see its guts

They built them at Onkyo Speaker factory a long side McIntosh, JL, and OEM Delco stuff. I still have a set of Mobile ES 12's that need re foamed.
