4.Choice of any commercially available music CD provided by competitor (No burned CDs). New for 2008 and until further notification: Music must contain a discernable Bass beat or rhythm. (Must be music). Music with intentionally extended bass tones will not be allowed. This will be evaluated by the head judge.


will be going to my first event outlaw/streetbeat.looking for a cd with tracks that start the lows instantly,something i can get locally due to its to late to order online..any suggestions from the experienced would be greatly appreciated.
also dont know what class id be in,2 10's and 1 amp,1 batt,1 alt amp is the bxi 2608 and my amp for mids and highs..also is not seeing my subs in the enclosure going to be a problem???

thats streetbeat 2 i think and if your competing in USACI they sell a cd at the registering booth thats pretty good...its what i use

the cd was like $20 but it has 19 songs and then sweeps and tones on the rest of it...let me see if i can find a link

well the rules say must be music and they average the whole 30 second run so i need something that starts instantly and is in the range of gucci mane "hold that thought" or the like of (my enclosure performs best @ those freq)...

you can use a cd but it has to be the store bought version...theyre tryin to keep out all the guys who are messing with the frequencies of the songs and boosting them

Here's some music that I know of you can buy at best buy that hits. I'm not sure if you can start partially into the song and that might eliminate some songs.

Hurricane Chris: Hand Clap or A Bay Bay (I'm not sure what the time limits are and whether you have to start at the beginning, it's kind of a long intro.)
Jeezy: He's gotta lot of songs that hit and chances are you or a friend already have the albums.
Body Head Bangerz: Can't be Touched (Album: Body Head Bangerz: Volume One [creative ain't it?])
Young Joc: He has a lot of stuff with solid bass.

Lil Wyte has a lot of hard low beats, the cd doubt me now and specifically the songs Zero tolerance, and get high to this sh1t is what I use

well i think im going to use my source selection for pause and use "hold that thought"..
takes 3 seconds to go from aux to cd..

i had the same problem for bassrace, no pause. since my cd player on my hu went out, i just used my aux input with an mp3 cd player. had pause, and didnt loose any db. afaik...
