Default What motorcycle should I buy?

Its between two bikes.... I like them both, one more then the other but I still need some opinions

Option one. 2003 honda ace 750. needs a front tire in about 4-5k miles, and the pipes cut shorter and some exhaust wrap put on. and new mirrors. has 10k miles on it and is being sold to me from my bosses son. 2500bucks

option two
1997 buell m2 cyclone(sport bike frame, sportster 1200 engine SOUND AWESOME)
16k miles. needs nothing 2400 bucks

I put around 35,000 a year on a bike and have done so for quite a few years. Here's my take. With the Honda you will never have to work on it; however, you will out grow it within a year if you ride very much at all. Plus it will be under powered any time you are ride 2 up. Now with the Buell. The Buell has a singlewrist pin crank. Meaning that both piston rods are set on the same journal. This is why they ride rougher. We have several Buell riders in our club and it isn't out of the question to get on the bike and ride 3 thousand miles in a single trip. We have a national ride with riders from all of the United States in Colorado. The typical mileage for this trip is 2000 miles covered in 2 days. I personally would get the Buell. I'm not Harley biased either in my garage I have the following 3 Honda's, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and 2 custom built bikes a chopper and a bobber.
