Default odd response?

messin with some tones on my setup, and for some reason at 24 to about 27hz i get almost no excursion.its not a real big deal cuz most music doesnt get to 24-27hz. just odd considering that 23hz down to 10hz its fine. also from 28hz up to 70-80ish is fantastic.

just lookin for opinions on some causes?

Why are you playing tones below your port tuning? That's a really bad idea.

yeh i know why, i had to add a little more bracing due to port flex, thus less airspace= lower tuning

played tones that low with way less then rated power.

less airspace with same size port would raise the tuning

I thought it was the other way around? Like In meade's install with the t15k's its ported and since there's ALOT of airspace, his port is only like, what? 18" long? More airspace the less long the port, the less airspace, the longer the port.

If making yoru port longer lowers tuning freq, then it only makes sense that if the airspace is longer then the box see's the port as "longer"

please correct me if im wrong
