Default Capacitor Q...

I am having some problems and i think it is because of my new capacitor. I think it messed up my 2 infinities so i took them out and put in my 12" Xplod. But after a while it messed that up too. does anyone know why it would be doing this, what is wrong with it, and how i can fix it???

Not really, it means that you have your gains/level set too high and you are sending a dirty signal to your subs. Read up on the posts in the Amplifier section towards the top, there is one on how to set the gains.

Clipping is when your amp is pushing out a distorted signal and blowing your voice coil

4 real ?? i thought it was underpowering the subs and amp was clipping... or is that something different ?

underpowering your sub will not clip your amp/sub. however, underpowering can led to an amp being overdriven which can cause clipping.

As Shon said, extended, when you have an amp that is underpowering the sub, you want to get more bass and loudness to the sub, so you turn up the gains and overdrive the amp so that it is sending a dirty signal which is not good. Sometimes you might be sending a clipped signal and not even notice or hear it, but it is doing silent damage to the sub. The easiest way to set the gain would be to use a DMM (digital multi meter) and set the volts correct, to find out how many volts you need to set it at check out this post
