dagreat3491 is in the red -  Must have upset some poeple...
Default do i need new battery

Notice my music not as loud as it use to be battery been in Car for about year and a half mostly on a 1000rms system then I upgraded to 2000rms system with ho alt 270 amps big 3 wit 0 gauge Power and dedicated ground could my music not b as loud cuz of dying battery

i would say check the phase of your speaker wiring.
i think a 270 amp alt should be able to keep the 2000w amp fed

Is your voltage dropping badly at the amp when playing? Check all wires for loose or corroded connections. With an alt that big and only a 2k amp you shouldn't be dropping badly even if your battery was dead.

What subs are you running? A wire on the sub(s) or in the box may have loosened up and isn't making a connection anymore. Also, a coil may have gone bad raising your ohm load causing a loss in power. Recheck your gain settings as well as any settings in the head unit. There have been a few cases where gain knobs will turn themselves down from vibration. You basically need to go through your entire install and recheck everything from top to bottom.
