Default Do I have to re hook up my stock wire

So long story short i cut my two stock positive wires to replace my terminals, and they're a huge pita to reconnect. Was wondering if when I do the big 3 it will take care of the stock wiring? I guess I just have to go look at what the **** those wires are even for lol.

One might be for the starter. That's obviously a must to have and something the big 3 doesn't deal with at all

You should always just add the big 3 wiring on top of the stock wiring. Having the stock wiring still intact doesn't harm anything at all. Most times it is very hard to follow the wires and see where they are actually going as they may split off to multiple locations where you cannot see them. Re-connect your stock wiring and be done with it.
