on a normal budget your not gonna be able to get sq amps
now if you want to spend some money then helix, brax, focal, zapco, audison, mcintosh are some badass amps
for more of a limited budget but still expensive selection mmats, jbl, rockford fosgate, and sundown are some of the better ones

Are you going to compete in SQ? Otherwise just get a quality class A/B and call it a day...MTX, Zapco, Oz Audio, Crossfire, Mmats, or an Alpine. Unless you deaden the beejesus out of your vehicle, buy top-o-the-line components with perfect staging its going to be very tough to discern any difference. Especially once you through road and engine noise into the mix. Just stay away from cheapie chinese made amplifiers. Good luck to you in your decision

For the most part most of the major manufactures can do this. As for my preference I like the sound from a Memphis, Alpine, and Eclipse. If you wanna go all out Audison blew me away, Our old Eclipse Rep had a Accord that had a set of Utopia's 6.5 in the kicks and 2x12 in the back and that was it. The Mids and highs were bi=amped buy audison's. That was all he had and WOW it was clean, You could hear someone drop a glass on a live Jazz cd, I tryed the cd in another Car and it wasnt there.

thanks for everything, how is infinity for an amplifier, i have seen them on ebay for like 200 for a mono 700 wats or so, and do class a amplifiers sound alot better than class d, i have never had a class a amp other than an old mtx 4300x and it sounded really good

Don't expect to pay 200 for a SQ amp. They're the more expensive ones. For what you want, you're looking in excess of $700, potentially more depending on wattage.

class a/b is supposed to be a cleaner sound and be very, i want to say round, not very harsh. but this is at the expense of efficiency, class a/b amps are less efficient than class d and usually don't do well below a 4 ohm impedance.

if you want a good sq amp and you dont want to pay 700.00 for you could always buy a old school precision Power ampifier, you can buy a good 2150am 2075am or 4200am on ebay for around 100.00 to 200.00 all day long and they are going to be the best sounding amps for the money, but to me they are the best sounding amps ppi ever made, they have a special tonial quality about them, all the sound quality guys back in the day were running them, i have alot of them and i wouldnt use anything else.....

Zed Audio amps with the Burr Brown upgrade are very nice also, SQ up there with Brax and Audison, but more affordable.
