I think I've found the manual already and it says it's a 1 Channel amp with 150watt rms @4ohm and 250watt rms @2ohm.
I'm testing this amp on a server Power supply on 12volt at home and it does run fullrange on my stereo speakers. I made some soundchecks with stereo testtracks and it performs like a regular 2 channel amplifier. Why is it claimed to be a monoblock then, when it's actualy a regular 2 channel amp?
it may have 2 output channels but they are usually paralleled internally.
can you listen to either a left or right channel individually when adjusting the balance left or right?

Yes it's possible. I first thought it might play a mono sound over the left and the right channel but using a testvideo where you can hear left, right and center it was quite easy to localize where the sound was coming from.
