Banner problem

i must be doing something wrong, i cant seem to get a banner to show up for me. im not even sure where to input the info to get it to show. if its my signature, well i have things written in their and saved, i just dont know how to make them show up, im a forum noob once more

haha i had the same problem
first resize the picture to make it smaller, theres a post in this section that gives you details on the size limitations
then use imageshack.us to upload the file
