Default xseveredveganx's boxlog...

Well I got a new blueprint on Saturday. Super stoked. It's for 2 Orion H2 12.2's. From what I see, it's a rear loading horn. Seems really loud. I'm still not finished.
On with the pix!!

Design.

Day's work...

Couple hours today...

Top set on for ****s and giggles.

I'm planning on getting it bedlined. My buddy has a pretty decent hook up. It shouldn't cost me much.
Now can I use LiquidNails to cover the coversunk screws, or should I use bondo or a titebond3/mdf dust paste?

Me, too.

I still need to get my amp fixed. I'm still clueless why it fried the mosfets. Only thing I can think of is vibration from being mounted on my box.

Any suggestions for preventing this in the future other than NOT mounting it on the box? Lol!

Behind the amp, right? It came with some little rubber washers that go in the little reccessed holes on the top, but I lost 3 out of the 4 of them.

Maybe using some scrap damplifier stacked up into about a quarter inch thick will do the trick for each corner.

Me, too! I'm just hoping all my measurements are 100%. I know little things can mess up with these designs. I've measured and measured, etc a lot. It's pretty ridiculous, but it needs to be done.

I know I'm off in a couple places. Let's hope it doesn't effect much.

I love the look of a huge port. I have ever since seeing rich's horns for the MTX 9512 and the DD 9510f's. Something's just rad about having a port you can stick your head into.

Well, technically, you'd be sticking your head into the mouth of the horn but, either way - probably not the best idea It sounds like something i would do...

You know I will! I was going to with my 4th order designed by Pete, but my amp fried before I could.

The one sub with 1000rms made my sidekick3 flip flop around on my roof playing some Jeezy. Tickled the hell out of my nose hair, too.

I'm trying to think of a way you can wall your Car using a compelx design and utilize some of the space in your trunk... I'm sure it can be done, but the question is, how?

Hmmmmm...

Well it's in and hooked up to an anemic RF 400a2. Old school one...

It works, but I need more power. Hopefully Chris over at db-r will get his new shop organized and everything and I'll get my amp in record time!!

Only pic I currently have.
