Well I couldn't justify making the jeep a two seater so I made this Back seat dual battery tray/ stripper pole mount. Doesn't seat 5 people anymore, unless I put my sons Car seat in the middle then I guess it still does.

Enjoy that PPI

I'm currently running two (one per side).

Just a heads up:

1) Make sure for the Speaker inputs to pack extra Wire into the 8 gauge input.

I've cut so much wire tightening that down. I'm thinking I will go with some heavy duty 10 gauge to run to my terminal block. Also

2) With my gain knob at least (3/3 amps I got) it was upside down (at least the arrow indicating where it is). So needless to say my first fire up was full gain. Luckily volume was down at 5-10 out of 62. So make sure to test the output voltage on the speaker rail to double check.

You will have to let me know if you get any static noise from your PPI. I'm getting slight static interference. I've checked everything and have come down to possibly bad amp (which all 3 (which seems odd 3 would be bad) of mine did it even on test bench, possibly issues with the caps). Brand new out of the box HU. Does it even with all RCA's removed but stops when MS-8 is removed from the inputs of the amp. But when directly hooked to HU noise returns.

IDK. I will see if moving the MS-8 helps. Using stinger RCA cables, I've even test RCA's that I know are good (didn't create noise in previous setup. But now they do). Just puzzling. Just learning to deal with it as its only noticeable when I'm not playing tunes.

Anyway great amp and does rated

I noticed with mine that at first (first hour of use or so) it was quieter then normal. Since then my PWK 6.5's scream. I feel thats more the MS-8 then the amp.

Do you have them bridged? If not and you have the extra room on the amp I'd bridge the speakers

Also 4 or 8 ohm speakers?

I am going to bridge them tonight. The manual is very vague on how to and the website blows for new information.

Ya I know. It's not like it was one or two. From what I can see it is a shipment (3 of mine and Lyfer's 1). From what I can tell the cap is on wrong. Nothing I couldn't fix by taking it apart:

Had to remove a busted screw head. Non functional other then holding the board in place.

Two sided board
