wow man maybe you should check your email i sent you a message through there since the site was always saying internal error and yea i seen your pm message but when i would try and respond or even try and read the message i would get that error just like ive been trying to read this thread all day and see what kinda stuff your making up to make you look better and if you feel the need to drive here then do what ya need to do to make your self feel better...and if i was really wanting to scam you i would have took your offer for the xbox 360 and 12 games and 3 controllers and the 30 gb ipod....

wow....caps your right and the other transactions ive had not a single complaint even when i was sent a money order for 200 and sum dollars and still sent out the dvd player...but you still feel the need to sit in here with your clever lil remarks trying to make me look bad get the **** outta here man...and if anyone else feels im coming off as a dick then thats your opinion but im frustrated at how quick you guys choose sides...and if sum how my post gets me banned then o well...cause i can say whatever i feel like saying since its a public forum. im not shipping if i didnt get the ps3...plain and simple i was in colmbus taking care of sum court stuff. my gf's sis and boyfriend was at the house most of the day they said the didnt see the ups man or sign for anything...they had sum things to do and left for a couple hours....so if the ups guy let sum random person sigh with out checking id thats not on me... i know from past experince when i had to sign i had to show my id....so would you ship your item out...and if you still think im scamming y didnt i take the offer of the xbox and ipod.....i mean caps when i was talking about trading for your flip out i knew that i didnt have that many refs and i was willing to ship first or even have both of us ship to the same person that we both trusted and have them swap packages and ship to the respected person... i offered him the same thing i tried to contact thedukey42 which i have done deals with in the past and had even let me do payments i feel that he is a very respectable dude and i have been to his house but civic was way to impatient and wanted the deal done quick....by the time nate (thedukey42)got back to me he had already shipped out the ps3...

hey man ive been trying to get back to you but the sites up and down and i rarely check my email man...you said it was delivered wed...my gfs sis and bf was here watching the dogs while i was in columbus at the bmv they said they didnt sign for a package or see a ups truck but they left for a couple of hrs and that he may have came then.. im a lil confused because the ups info says it was signed by osborne i dont know of any1 named osborne...so i would call ups and see if they id them or anything because when i ordered sumthing that was signature verified they asked for id proving that i lived at this address...so give them a call and if you need anything send me a pm or a email ......let me know if they can help you out or if you need anything else from me sorry anout the delay and this bump i should have just waited to take care of my court ****

not sure what Nate has to do with this, but yes Nate is a very respectable dude... ive done deals with Nate myself, hell hes still being patient with me as i type....

as far a Jim, i dont know him personally, but i do know Nate "which hes done business with" and also Chris "which he drove all the way to brunswick to deal with" so ive heard a lot about him, and as far as i know Jim is a stand up guy.

to Civic, i think you need to contact the shipping place and ask if they asked for i.d., also was it signed AT HIS ADDRESS or a neighbors.. ive had a package delivered to "my house" and wasnt home at the time it got there, and the dumbass took it to someone 3 doors down and asked if they could sign for it and give it to me when i got home...

that crap does happen, and is WRONG by all means when that happens. luckly i called and bitched and they had the delivery person call me personally and told me where he left the package, went there and they must have had NO thought of bringing it to my house, so basically they were keeping a "free package"...

idk, i think you need to contact the shipping place and find out as much as you can, cause as far as im concerned Jim is a good guy in my book.
