Well I hate to do this to the guy. But he quit answering my pm's and keeping me updated. He did very well in the beginning keeping me posted and whats going on.

Back in novemeber of last year we traded my Abnib RE MX D1 15" for his 18" Atomic Apx Quad 1.

We both shipped and the apx I received came in damaged and we never had a problem (see pics).He came up with the idea that I send the sub back to him so he could send a dummy box to me of the same weight to claim insurance, because he did not insure the APX he sent me.Fedex denied the claim and now it was all on him. Well he lost his job and couldn't afford a recone, which I was understanding and gave him time. Well now I know he has had the money and won't answer me anymore. He has stated to me numerous times that he has is going to send me the motor and when he can afford it, pay me for a recone. Well I have received numerous pm's back and forth about how the APX motor is boxed up and ready to ship but he doesnt have the money. I have seen he has done several transactions on CA and even went to a DB contest... but yet he doesnt have the money to send me the motor... And it has been over 10 months now.

This all took place over at CA and all my proof is in the user names re_xxx and decible_demon which I am in the process of getting cause of them getting banned. I have pics of the sub that I received.

I will keep this updated as things
are progressed.

The guy started out to be a good guy and very talkative. Everything went smoothly until that little bump. I think what happened is that since my usernames have been banned, I will go away. And he can just not worry about it anymore. I want him to come out and clear his name. I am being pushed cause I owe money to a fellow member who also knows about this situation (RAB).

I know that it is better to have all proof up front, but I want this to be stated before he does this to anyone else.

WTF, did he throw the sub down some stairs before shipping it to you.

That sucks man I hope he clears his name up.

it was UPS... and them ***king up the insurance was teh first problem... the second problem was throwing the thing around like a ***kin beach ball... the third was me paying an additional $100~ to ship a giant rock insured for $1200 so he could buy an RD SHW18 then him sending the wrong package back to UPS... UPS told me the reason it happened was because the way they move heavy things is by flipping it end over end and because the bitch ***ked up and insured it for $120 instead of $1200 like she was suppose to I am a scammer....

as for the deals i did on CA... they where all trades and no money ever left my pockets. the person I traded with always paid to ship my item as well as theirs (feel free to verify). The competition was paid for by a buddy of mine in exchange for hooking up all of his stereo stuff... I don't know why this in on ROE since it happened on CA and since the OP himself is as much a "SCAMMER" as me... (feel free to check the thread on CA calling him out)

**** happens, if I can't buy/sell/trade anymore than so be it... my 5year+ rep. with atleast 100+ PERFECT transactions went to **** over there in seconds so **** it...

Thanks... actuay about 95% of the people who know the WHOLE story don't think I am a scammer which is why i still post on CA... I have been there for over 5 years with not a SINGLE bad transaction. Then this guy gets called out as a scammer and shortly after he calls me out as one... I was planning to send him the motor along with a new basket and then pay for a recone when I have the money but after a bunch of PM's telling me not to do anything else... I might go that route. On the one hand I do feel bad but at the same time it was completely UPS' fault to which they OPENLY ADMITED, the lady even said she thought she typed in $1200 but since i signed the damn paper they where not responsible. I used to go there like 4-5 times a week minumun for the last 3-4 years so they treat me right.

Why make a thread with the name "ZOMG, THIS DUDE'S A SPAMMER!!!!!!!!!!" when he wants you to "clear yoru name" ? Basically he's being an asshole for nothing.

he knew I was going to basic training... and why does it matter if it is a year or a month or a week... the situation is the same no matter how long it has been going. IMO it isn't my fault, I tried to make it "right" by going along with his shipping a giant rock and insuring it so he could swap the sub in its place and file a claim but he returned the wrong box to UPS thus screwing everything up. for the amount I paid to build/ship the second package and everything I could have almost purchased him a recone and basket ($180~)

He owes someone something and they are threatening to take his vehicle (work was done on the vehicle) and he said "**** rolls down hill" which is why I got called out...

This deal has been done and dealt with for a while. No reason to really bring it up.
