There is an error in the graph, the Pierce audio WMD took the 65hz range also...

Yup, it's way easier to make a sub louder in a ported box. Which is one of the many reasons why all the high school kids like ported boxes, and I don't.

eghh...ported doesnt sound as clean which bothers me, but i dont have the room or money to get loud in a sealed set-up, so, i will stick with ported for now, but i feel what your saying, cuz sealed sounds better to my ears

thats an odd question...
Ive been building tlines, and horns for years, they are easy to mold based on eq insulation, line area, and they are always impressive to me, no matter how small or large of a woofer I use.... I did my own tests between dual 12" sealed, dual 12" ported, and single 12" tline, with half power, and the tline killed in over all spl output, and low freq extension

a better box than even a tline is actually a sealed band pass tline... basically sealed back side of woofer, boosted with a eq slightly, and line to match boost, and you have 1 HELL OF impressive subwoofer system
