I'm assuming that due to this being a buyout, they just got what ever sizes where left in inventory, which is usually the least popular sizes.
From what it looks like, SSA did a round of BRAVOX closeouts over a year ago, now parts express is probably closing out what was left after the initial rounds of closeouts.
When a product is discontinued, it usually happens like this. Retail chain puts product on clearance, product that doesn't sell on clearance is returned to distribution center, sometimes the DC will run an "Outlet Store" and try and sell the product through there, otherwise it gets palletized in bulk, and sold at a percentage of its retail value. A re-seller specializing in closeouts will buy that bulk lot and sell off what they can, then they in return palatalize the unsold product, sell it at even more reduced price (as they have hopefully turned a profit on the closout sales) and then the chain continues. The last person in the chain usually ends up with the least popular, or least desirable products on the lot, but by that point they could be paying mere pennys on the dollar for the product, so they can sell it super cheap at a high volume and turn a quick profit.
Does not mean its a bad product, just means it wasn't popular.
