Default need a design for a box

i need a design badly for two (temp) cerwin vega stealth 10's (don't laugh they got loud in their old box) around 5ft3 @ 40 hz and thanks for the help ahead of time

I would go ported because of the noticeable increase in db's. And if you tune it nice and low, you still get pretty good SQ.

i prefer ported as well, cuz i mean...who needs SQ anyway? isnt that the mids and highs job? :P

No, because if you tune your ported box too high you'll have crappy low-end bass and possibly tear your Speaker apart because you box isn't designed correctly. The sub box is just as important for SQ as mids and highs. Since his name is boomboy and he's tuning at 40Hz, he probably doesn't care much about SQ, though :-).

too high?!?! im tuned to 45Hz

well im not too worried how this box turns out it was my first box and it was goin into a damn mustang so i had to work with the space i was given

i have a 2003 grand prix and it has a pretty big trunk so could someone maybe design a box for me (only because i suck at it)
