a 4" port isnt even enough fot the 10s
4 of them is too much for daily driving

id do 3.75/4 cf with a 6" aero port tuned to 36hz

from what I gather he is looking for a meter mover, not daily...

to OP, stay with atomics recommendations at first then find out where you vehicle peaks and match the enclosure accordingly... time with trial and error will tell you what you want to know...

It has been remarked that if one selects his own components, builds his own enclosure, and is convinced he has made a wise choice of design, then his own loudspeaker sounds better to him than does anyone else's loudspeaker. In this case, the frequency response of the loudspeaker seems to play only a minor part in forming a person's opinion.

every one told me my 10s would LOVE small boxes
psh
my only regrets were that the box was too small, my port was too small, and my tuning was too high

they love midsized boxes with LOTS of port
