ok so im trying to use this calculator to determine the best port size.....http://www.carstereo.com/help/Articles.cfm?id=31
when i put the specs in...1 driver 21mm xmax and 37.8 frequency....it says 7.44 minimum diameter for a round port??? seems kinda off....
and in the second calculator
i put desired ports: 1, internal volume 1.89, diameter:3inches and desired frequency 32 hz...the port lenght came up to be 7.65...
does this seem right to you? someone said 2 3" ports 10" long wouldnt be enough!! so how would only one port do the job??? idk i need help!!

It has been remarked that if one selects his own components, builds his own enclosure, and is convinced he has made a wise choice of design, then his own loudspeaker sounds better to him than does anyone else's loudspeaker. In this case, the frequency response of the loudspeaker seems to play only a minor part in forming a person's opinion.
