All box won't have a good range it will have a small range where it can play however we can design you a little higher tuned box..and what kind of music you listen to mainly?

That's about the best you're gonna get with the space you have. Keekers require boxes far too big for their size, even that box wouldn't be ideal for them. Needs more airspace and bigger port to be best for them.
Cut sheet is on it, just make the port panel 16.5" screwed to the back of the baffle and you're golden.

caution with a short and wide port it may unload early and effect the tune...buddy had a short 6 inch port fr a single 18 and unloaded bad on the lower stuff and unloading keekers isnt good they wont be able to handle it

yes kickers like bigger boxes but even the manual says that the larger the box the less Power the subs can handle they tell you the RMS capability per box size at 5 cubic foot ported each sub they handle 500rms and at 3 cubic foot ported they handle 1000rms...lol that being said this design is a narrower port... side ported and slightly smaller design cuz being side ported the port needs room to breath lol not design it to max dementions

VENTED ENCLOSURE APPLICATIONS
These boxes are the enclosure of choice for outrageous street bass and high performance SPL contests.
If space is not a problem and you want to get the most from your CompVX, try one of these ported
designs. You will not be disappointed. CompVX subwoofers will handle massive amounts of power in
any of the recommended enclosures, minimum or maximum. The smaller enclosures are best for use in
limited-space applications. The larger recommended enclosures will yield slightly more bass at the lowest
frequencies.
Where did you read that? The 2006 manual?
After the inevitable box rise, how much power do you think that JBL will be putting out?
Re: Need help designing box for 2 15" kicker CVX's
still prolly to much for them keekers
