im gonna have $450.00 to put on subs & amp but i want your guys opinions on what to get.. it will be goin into a 95 taurus so i will have some room to work with

how much room do you have?

is the 450 for amps AND sub? if so, its not that much, but we could make it work

im goin for spl but it dont have to be as extreme as all of yalls set ups... i just wanna be the loudest in my county... the loudest set up around here is 2 12 inch t1's sealed runnin off of a kicker zx750.1

the 750.1 will be good but ur gonna have to divide that Power into 2 subs. cone area is ur freind when it comes to spl so u prolly gonna want def 2 subs hifonics makes good amps for the cheap if it comes down to it. theres ppl selling amps dirt cheap on CA now.

prefabs = da FAIL!!!

but on a side note, i am running a competition sub as a daily sub and it dont sound that bad( now that i am use to it and it is wired right )

i am a huge fan of used equipment

i have less than $400 into my entire setup and i would safely bet i am louder than the 2 12s in a prefab...
