Car bit me in the ass again...had a coolant leak just a few weeks after having my water pump replaced, turns out my block heater rusted out...woulda been nice to have those happen together. Good news I had the shop diagnose what was causing my abs issue and whatever they did seems to have fixed it.

Also picked up some JBL ms62cs just because they were on sale. Took advantage of the blistering heat today, 41F up from below zero highs, and put the tweets in the stock location on the stock amp

How do those tweets sound in the stock location? I have mine in the pillars and am pretty happy.

Stock deck with balance two to the left gives it a center image that is inside the dash. No idea what frequency or slope they're at but they sound great. Making the baffles for the mids tonight

I replaced the fan and the resistor on my Car and it fixed the constantly running fan issue and works perfectly. Now I believe I have a bad hub/ wheel bearing bish is making some awful noises so I've been driving my dads truck but it gets horrible gas mileage since it's a 2500.

I got a Car wash when I first got the car and it fried both the fan and resistor. One bearing takes less than can hour total if you have the tools

Water leaking in passenger side floor board under the dash?mine did the something weather stripping came loose was almost down in the blower motor.

Well the blower motor resistor and fan were very easy to replace other than the awkward angle it took to get at them. The hub was much more difficult as the back of the hub was essentially stuck to the knuckle took some serious effort to remove it, however replacing it fixed my tc control abs problems as well as the noise. Actually the sensor wasn't even connected to the old hub hence the lights lol.

Edit: Also does anyone have problems where there heads up display temperature is really wrong it's below zero here and the car says 87 lol.

I found myself sitting upside down in the passenger seat when I had to replace mine. First bearing job I did I had the same issue so I took a heavy mallet to it. Had the shop look at my abs issue and whatever they did seems to have fixed it


What harness do you guys use to keep steering wheel controls?

i don't have steering wheel controls or heads up display buttt. for steering wheel controls i generally use pac swi.

for the temp i had to change the ambient temp sensor, which is behind the bumper somewhere. the remote start wasn't turning the heat/ac on when it should have automatically. my scan tool would show the ambient reading being weird. like it would be 80 out and it would say 45 or something.

Don't break down just has occasional issues which is what I expect from a car nearing 100k, I'd call the last things I've had to do relatively minor as I was able to fix them myself. I didn't use a harness to save steering wheel controls not having them doesn't bother me lol.
