Yep since your not going to be pulling a whole bunch of current you can get CCA wire which is cheaper ...or you could just get a 25 foot run of welding cable off eBay for around 50

Re: With a budget of $500 for a new set up I need help!

I would do a run of 0 and have a distro cuz that PPI at max is going to pull 80 amps or more and the 4 channel is gunna pull some to so a single run of 4 is only good for 140 amps at 20 feet true 4g that is

Yes I contacted sonic and I found another alternative I probably wont be trying to get e series from sundown ill just make these 2 last a while. the alternative is Precision Power PPI S850.1D Sedona Series 850W Class-D Monoblock Amplifier

Do i need 0 gauge power to run to distribution or can I Just keep it all 4 gauge for both amps?

The ppi amp was no longer available and when i contacted them with the subs i currently have now the 2 12w6v1 they recommended me SKAR Audio LP-750.1D LP Series 750W Class-D Monoblock Amplifier is that a good alternative setting my subs at 1.5 ohms with that amp?

Re: With a budget of $500 for a new set up I need help!

Depends on power level ....I normally use true ofc copper 14guage speaker wire for 100rms per. Channel on 4 channels and as close to true 12 guage for the sub run or single 8 or 10 guage power wire for sub wiring and as far as stock wiring cap it and take it up an tuck it away both behind the head unit and in the doors...but 100rms or less on each channel true 14 guage will be OK anymore and look for 12guage

What gauge speaker wire should I be running to my 4 way and my mono block once everything is said and done?

well someone is going to have to tap them out with a bigger tap and find new hardware to match..either hex screws or bolts

Try eBay the hex bit ones will last longer and won't strip out as fast

Any ideas where I could get extra screws for the amp? My friends is missing like 10 on there. For where the speaker wires will attach to the amp. It is a dhd ntx-2004

I had 2 Kicker 12s in a ported box on 800 watts (which is all they can really take) and my stock door speakers in my truck did fine. Might have to mess with the EQ (bass, treble) and set it so that when you're at the max volume you want (may not be max volume on your headunit because most of the time setting it to max volume is bad unless your HU is aftermarket and good) everything comes out audible.

Hip Hop, Trap, Dubstep and cRap would be fine on 34hz while also doing well on Pop, Dance and Rock. Decaf and Bass Boosted is better suited to 30hz. Also don't forget to set your SSF to around 28hz so it doesn't unload below tuning.
