its optional if you want to round them off but remember you will be using a router on a small area… I personally wouldnt do as it its not required… go ahead if you want to its not going to hurt anything as long as you dont remove too much of the stock… if you want to remove the edge just use a rasp or sandpaper 80-120 grit along with a sanding block…

Yea Ill try to do a worklog just gotta find my camera that and Im on dile up so it may take a wile to upload I also have to switch my 4g to 1/0g but I wont do that untill the box is installed I might also get creative when mounting the amps if I have enough space I might mount them in front of the box over the spair tire well

Re: mojo 12

yea I got the sub and box out of the car I forgot how heavy the damn sub was I need to go and get some wood and get started at least his car is alot like mine but the sub is diffrent it should be a better box than the one I have now cause the port fires out the side 30hz might still be a bit higher than this box is tuned to

With that design, Scarr3ll was hitting 140+ with his one type r 12 even tuned to 30hz. Good luck with the build.

Re: mojo 12

Yea I think I will use that design but I plan on resining the inside of the box for added strength so thatshould brin up the tuning frequency a bit cause Im wanting it tuned to around 35 hz

Re: mojo 12

thats what I was thinking But I kind of like to compete a little bit so the tuning might need to come up last time I metered I did a 139.1 at 42 hz which aint bad but the current port is on the side and its in a trunk so it needs fixed

Re: mojo 12

Well, I think I spent 25 bucks for materials. If you'd like you could try that box design that Scarr3ll gave me. 3 cubes ported tuned to 30hz. Depends on what you're looking for really. What kind of tuning and such.

Dose anyone have any good box designs for the mojo 12 space is really not an issue as it can go in the back seat of a 2005 cavalier without the plastic side panels
