Re: 1jltoy (SELLER)

I Did send to right address it was the FedEx driver who delivered to wrong address. I have been out oftown for a week & I have not herad any thing from FedEx on the claim I filled with them. IT is confermed by my packing slip & FedEx's. I am whating for them to reply so this can be cleared up on both ends, I havent forgot about you Ruger.

you seriously need to think about the statment you made. you honestly believe i promote scammers on the forum?

first off, i suggested a fair reasoning in this thread to help solve the reason in the time being. my suggestion was for the seller to refund half of the total transaction meanwhile the insurance claim gets worked out. i believe this a most fare reasoning so no one is temporarirly left with a complete loss.

as for other "cover-ups" which i believe you are referring to...tcab and mdca. those were beyond my control. as i have mentioned several times, when i offer a section for sponsors, i give them the ability to moderate their section as they deem necessary. now, i agree that both did step across the line by deleting posts, however as i mentioned, that was beyond my control. as for tcab, i even kept his forum active after all the entire incident to at least provide a place for members/customers to post about problems. as i mention in that section, i was going to keep the tcab section alive until tcab started their new forum. since their forum is now active, members/customers can post their problems there and their section here has been closed. as for mdca, it was their request to close their forum. the problem with mdca blew up throughout the entire forum and i really didn't want the problem to rest on my shoulders. bigcin, who's really the main person involved with the problems, even sent me a pm that he understood and agrees with the actions i took about closing the mdca section/threads. as i have also mentioned, all of the deletion were temporary. once i figure which are necessary threads, they may be re-opened in the futre.

anyways, i'm just making a reply to a post which i feel needs an explanation from my point of view. i don't want to continue the post dump on this thread so everyone back on topic.

Re: 1jltoy (SELLER)

paypal was too lazy to pick up the phone and call fedex and simply ask them were the package was sent using the tracking number.

i stopped by the fedex terminal and got a copy of were he shipped it.
im sending a fax to paypal today.

you cant take someones money and ship there items to the wrong address and just sit back and act like its not your problem 1jltoy.

and deflam. is only when i am telling lies about you, wich im not.
everything i typed is correct to the best of my knowlage.

as it is right now, you still have my money and i have nothing for over a month.
becuse you did not conferm the shipping address, wich was your mistake.

ruger, i know you are pissed off at the situation as i would be too. however, i would suggest you calm down a bit as problems like this unfortunately take time to resolve. a calm and mannerly fashion is the best way to work things out. as of now, 1jltoy has not really scammed you as he admitted the problem and is waiting for a fedex to finish their part. however, as i mentioned, to help alleviate the problem, 1jltoy could offer to refund half of the payment via paypal for now.
sorry roe for all of this
i dint see your post, im done with this and wont post anymore. if anyone cares to read the whole thing they can just dont read a few lines and judge me.

before anyone post anything more, please read first try to understand then post.

thank you

and no i never slandered your real name or showed your address.

Re: 1jltoy (SELLER)

Hey, I am On fedex to fix this F**KED up problem & when this is fixed I will Pay you EVEN tho you have slandered my name & me personally. Relax you will get money ( it takes paypal a month to do anything & you will have to wait).

I known, I bought a NEW JL 500/1( it was Bad), it took a month to get resolved. But in the end I got a refund for it.

And it wasnt my fault the guy typed in the wrong address, First time shipping w/FedEx and this is the LAST time.

he shur is tyring to deal with it, but why not give me back my money while he fixes HIS mistake ?

yes it was his mistake he did not conferm the shipping address when he shipped.
i stated this a dozen times already but you and mjf seem to be able to read but not comprehend.

why would that number be there?
why would fedex tell me thats whats in there computers on that package tracking number?
the driver even told me thats his route and he remembers delivering it across the street.

if a picture cant satisfy you all, then you must live in lala land or somthing.
like i said earlyer you all are not reading or comprehending or a mix of both.
i dint have to run across the street and take that picture but i thought it would clear the idiots out of this thread and look what happend, even a damn photo of fedex with the place it got shipped to wont even convince skeptics IT IS PROOF .

and mlf says "do somthing about it" o rly what am i supposed to do if fedex dosent even know were it is?? more stupid questions plz and no i wont put on my columbo hat and go investigate / fix 1jltoys mistake.

and please stop posting and read mjf595, obviouslly you havent read the whole thread or you would know i did try to contact fedex. they gave me the runnaround and said they dint know were it was. so were am i to go and do somthing about it? easy for you to type it in this thread another thing to email fedex 6 times and call 4 times allready with a responce of "dont call us we will call you".

bottom line again, cause i know you have a hard time understanding stuff is he shippd to the wrong house and knows it and is holding my money till fedex fixes HIS mistake
