I know this is an old thread but i read every page hoping to get a review of how it sounded!
It's a different box design than a typical ported box, so I was wondering how you liked it. Was it loud, punchy, low? I saw that email from Pete said it might pick up the mid 20s, did it really drop that low?
Thanks!

hey great work man i love your build. i wish mine had gone this smooth, im gettin ready to do my 3rd box for my pair of btls in my s10. i just messaged Pete at hexibass so help me with the next design.
heres my last 2 that have failed, your box looks very solid tho. the only thing i would reccomend is some bracing inside
old v1 ( 2 5x12in ports @33hz firing into the sides. horrible design... never do it anyone!!)
v2 (port 210sq inches at top of the box, 16 cubes gross @ 33hz)
good luck!! post some numbers when you meter it! 18s in S10s FTW!!!!!

well you wont be able to get that tuning in because of the lenght with a standard ported box, i think you should go with a more advanced design from ttb to get that lower tuning..and dude yo seriously need to hook that H/U up! lol i sent it like a month ago

andocommando
i wanna do 4 6inch ports and tune to 32hz, but all the calculators say like 30 inches. i got an s10 xcab just like yours, so what u think focal, and dude i STILL havent had time to put that headunit in.

or you can just use a router with the good ol' jasper and do it once.
