hardhittinchevy ^^ agreed, give it up. 1 piece or nothing, period. Don't be a fool.
04-23-2007 07:17 PM
thacarter546 i still say ditch the spinner idea

Saynkuck123 Unfortunately Excursions have auto / manual override locking hubs so no one makes a rim that is designed to fit a spinner for my vehicle. That means I have to do something custom if I want spinners. it will be a while before I get the money to do it so I will just have to wait and see. I will stop by some custom rim shop when I am ready to get them and see what can be done.

2k1 Sdime REAL spinners FTMFW!!!!!

Spinners/Floaters can look good, just need to use the right offsets/combinations.

ballin millenia i deff agree that u need at least 24s but u only have 2500-2800 to spend....damn, i like to buy quality **** so my 18s cost me 2100, if i were u id save up a little more and drop at least 3000 on a nice set of rims

Ford9095 Ew Spinners and Daytons are the worst rims I have seen. To each his own I guess.

But If you are heart set on spinners, than go for it. But I have Two words

splcutlass98 those are 26's on the bagged one it looks sick
04-14-2007 01:06 PM
momentarylapse7 22" on an Excursion = not big enough. Big ass truck = big ass rims.

Do some cutting, get 28's, then tuck 'em.
04-14-2007 01:03 PM
hardhittinchevy dude those excursions are sick as hell, i don't really like fords but goddamn id mob those.
04-14-2007 07:44 AM
D-BOY-BASE-HEAD i like this....

more than this.....

at least for an excursion...
04-14-2007 07:17 AM
visitor spinners look terrable... SO many better options! i would look around superbuytires.com (awesome selection)and find what ya like... personally, i wouldnt put 22's on that- to big of a vehicle for that... 24's or up!
04-11-2007 11:02 AM
BIGPATIN I say Get them and Show off!
04-11-2007 10:28 AM
Impulse_AK I say **** what everyone thinks and get what you want man..spinners are cool just as long as there single pieces because it looks soo much better than the attachment ones also people won't go ''Ooo look spinners and try to spin your **** while its parked outside were ever possibly even damaging them''..I seen a lot of cars with the attactment ones and some looked amazing others with the cheap versions looked like hubcap ones of wallmart...

I those rims would look sick mixed with a chrome spinner I think. Although it does not appear that those rims can accept spinners.

Problem solved....**** SPINNER ATTACHMENTS! not one person has said that a spinner attachment was going to look good. Everyone said theyre going to look horrible and theyre right. Either pull the money out of your ass for some real ones, or just get some deep lip chrome or black or something...damn sayar youre such a nerd
04-11-2007 08:59 AM
NothingFace spinners in general are stupid, let alone on a bigass suv or truck like this guy is talking about doing.
04-11-2007 08:26 AM
dRaGGin loW ur truck can pull it off thats the thing. its smaller.

we're talkin bout a big ass SUV here. and theres just to many opinions on this site to make a decision.

Just look around big car shows. or websites for the big car shows. check out examples and get a feel for wut ya like
04-11-2007 08:24 AM
nick some thing like this wuldnt look too bad plus its a 22

2k1 Sdime lol, i didnt mean put the spoked on the SUV......im just semi-partial to them
04-11-2007 08:19 AM
dRaGGin loW or a simple 5/6 spoke will look a hell of alot better than 100+ on that big ass suv

this isnt an older malibu or wutever
04-11-2007 08:19 AM
2k1 Sdime spinners FTW!!!!! I dont care what people say, if done right, spinners can look amazing on a truck/suv. Now when people get a set of rims with no lip to them, use an add on spinner kit, and it pokes out a couple inches, it looks horrible.

Either go with a one piece spinner (little more expensive), or get a set of rims with a decent sized lip on them, and get a good spinner kit. Couple buddies got cheaper ones, and they had problems with vibrations on the higway (i guess the wind was catching the spinner?).

Daytons taking home the championship!!!!
04-11-2007 08:17 AM
Burpin Focus dude do what you want but like everyone else on this post i think they will look gay. i would rather have 22 inch dayton 180 spoke then 22 inch spinners. just go with some simple chrome.
