i had one of those days this morning where my legs just didn't feel like moving...and biked 45 minutes and then ran a 5k just gotta pony up

Finally getting rid of my acne too

It was the chin strap for me. We had two a days though and worked out before school also. Football is life here in Texas. Our teachers would pass us just because we were on the football team. But then again we were top 20 in state each year and 5a at that.

Yes dude, especially from the chin strap and the forehead area. Junior year we had 4 hour practices every day after school and it got bad lol

actually i tan very well and work outside all day. i burn once at the begining of summer then just get brown after that.

i guess 22 years in the sun has made me impurvious to its effects

Except if you have gluten and diary allergies... Currently I haven't had either for about 4 weeks. Gonna try not to fall off the wagon again lol. Last time I made it like 3 months.

i had acne hardcore in high school...i was on meds for about a year. been relatively clear since freshman year of college give or take, it usually clears itself up after a while

I've got really bad acne too bro, have you ever gone to the dermatologist? I go oncce every ~3 months and the meds keep me pretty cleared up
