and everyone around me seems to be getting rd now..

You should have allowed they to remedy the situation rather then flipping out. almond and just for the record, i'm glad to hear that. i also want to let people know i don't "bash " rd on every forum. I'm probably an isolated case. either way i hope everything works out for you.

It is nice to hear someone say something positive about RD audio.

I know it bothers me to hear people bashing the reps from RD when I am a rep for RD and I have never rammed anything down peoples throats. I will definatly make recommendations based on my opinion, but the straight fact is that I dont sell to most of the people I recommend to on this or any other board.

Steve is a really good guy and I feel bad that some reps decided to shove this negative rep down his throat with some poor marketing choices in the beginning.

I think, however, you will find that things have definatly changed in that respect.

there has been some rd bashing lately, and i just wanna say, they have treated me with the utmost respect and i have never had a problem with them. steve is a man of his word, and he even called me last week (2 months after purchasing my 1750.1 and my Alpha 12) to see how my system was doing, and how i liked my setup. thats what i call customer service. just thought i would get this out there.
