Herbivore714	man those icons look so close to my cdt hp's....anyway thanks...i like the rl-p's....but the icons look so much beefier.....my dls d1000 can run 2 icons and/or a 15 rl-p? or vice versa? 15 icon or two 12 rlps?

creyc	Firstly, two RL-P 12's have the potential to be louder than one 15 Icon. More cone area and you're dividing power across two voice coils instead of one. That said, I saw a good deal on some used Icon 12s from their store: http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/s...&productId=361

Schmuck	you can not go wrong with either of these subs. I will be different and say the RL-P's. But either way you go you will be happy.

Aaron Clinton	I am biased towards the Icon. But to try to not be biased, both subs are a very good choice. They each have a growing number of happy owners.

Herbivore714	aight aight...thanks brothas...im running a dls d1000 monoblock old school one btw...i ****in rocks at 1000w@1ohm...sounds like alot more...i always underpower my subs...last setup with the dls d1000 i was running 3 10"inch cdt hp1000 old school as well....they sounded nice but this time i wanted to give my subs full power...or close too full ahha thanks

Accordman	going off build quality alone id take an icon over a RL-P or any other TC sounds product all day long. I say this from experience with tc7s and rlp12s
