your right there, however, if the guy has a 3ghz quad core, its 3 ghz PER CORE. PERIOD. you can think of it as 12ghz, but its technically not, unless you get a multi-threaded app that uses all 4 cores.

ah yes, i was partically incorrect, both cores run at that speed, bu you sure as hell dont add the frequency's of each core to get a total.

amd is equivalent to pyle audio

i have a amd dual core at 2.7. according to you, i have 1.35 per core. i will give you a screenshot proving you wrong if needed.

a 3ghz quad core doesnt mean its 12ghz overall. its 3 ghz distriubted over 4 cores. not 3ghz per core

that pc, even with a gig of ram, cant run it. heres the specs of cod4

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:

RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista)

SOUND CARD: 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
HDD SPACE: 8GB of free hard drive space

and believe me, that wont even really run it.

Minimum PC System Requirements is 2.4ghz and 512 of ram and that only for the game For COD4. when i play the game my memory used by only the game is 768-791MB i get 60-117FPS

Your vaio is 1.3ghz 256Ram Pc-133 old damn ram 60hard drive. Frist thing upgrade your ram to 1Ghz (2) 512Ram and that 1.3Ghz is too low you will not get full graphics PLUS its integrated that not good

MY CPU is running at 3.0GHZ 4X 12GHZ Quad Core you can have up to (3) Games running at the same time and the Cpu is at only 85-91%
