Joe89 What's the best place to get a bulk order of damplifier pro?

nick Damplfier pro is sweet stuff usualy I use Dynamat extreme and Ill say I was impressed with the SS when I installed it it was cold out and that didnt even effect the bonding of the stuff you barely touch and it sticks but it also allows you to move the piece too also it seemed that it was thicker than the extreme granted its been a few months since I used dynamat tho the main thing I likes is that the sheets were smaller and not all folded made install a ton easier

xseveredveganx I've done a single layer on my front doors and it's good stuff.

Erthshker Damplifier Pro is worth every penny guys... If u want a complete system definately worth the money to get deadener tht is on par with ur system.

I feel your pain....same issue here....

xseveredveganx I'm with everyone on here suggesting DamplifierPro. I'd also fill the cross braces with expanding foam. Since it seems like they're probably already torn away from the seam sealer, you may want to re-seam seal them, too.

My car sounds terrible, and I'm planning on doing all of this and then some. It sounds like a tin can.

Erthshker I did more damage the first day i installed my system than had been done to my truck in the 9 years prior to it being around.

I have a sh*tload of Damplifier Pro and it has made a huge difference from the first week i had it installed. Right off the bat rattles everywhere, now there are still a few slight rattles but nothing significant.

uhoh45 if its metal slapping either glue it or get some cloth or foam and put it in between the 2 metals would be a temp fix till you can get some deadener on or glue it

mattison187 pull your headliner and figure out what it is....
11-13-2008 07:58 PM
johnecon2001 I'd rather use Second Skin for deadening, plus it'll be cheaper than Dynamat.

lron33s it may be the bracing/support broken away from the roof sheet metal, some kind of strong ruberized adhesive should fix it. but dynamat will fix near any rattle u can come across lol
