Even if they were not the same brand it would work, thing is it can/ will effect the life of the batteries. Best scenario would be 2 of the same type/size/age. Either way It could last for years if propperly cared for but I doubt it would last as long as 2 matched batteries as they would require even less care to do the same thing.

Jpagan1993 Is it okay to mix different batteries? I am not sure what type of battery is under the hood now but, its just a normal oem type battery. If I have a kinetik in the back connected to the stock battery will I be fine?

Jpagan1993 hc2400 is way too big and I want to spend about 200
01-23-2009 08:00 PM
98NeonRT How much can you spend? With a 105 amp alt and a big kinetic up front, you should be fine with 1000 watts. Kinetic 2400.

Jpagan1993 Kinetik out back?
01-23-2009 07:45 PM
98NeonRT kinetic? =] And even if you get a bigger one, I'd still keep the stock battery if you can fit them both. I mean, the more the better, right?

Jpagan1993 should I just keep the stock battery and add a d925 in the back?

01-23-2009 06:37 PM
