If you think that car given problem then i have civic 92 and it work alright. I would change the whole engine and ecu. It would costs alots of money but it would save time, frustrating, and trouble shooting. You can download the service manual for that vehicle. Just google honda service manual. It will help trouble shoot the car..

ok i know no one is rly interested in sharing thoughts in this thread, but im making progress! i drove 160miles yesterday to pick up a new computer and head light came back hooked up the ecu and still nothing so fed up i decided to look over the fuses one more and the ecu fuse was blown! replaced it and it cranked right up! so drove it down the road ran great then all the sudden it cut off on a busy back road at like 10:00 at night.... i called my gf's dad and told him to bring me the origional ecu that came in the car in the first place, swapped it out cranked right up and got it back towards her house a little bit and it cut off again! so i swapped back to the other ecu and nothing so its now sitting on the side of the road untill i can figure out whats wrong...

ok got fed up with trying to find parts, so i went to advance and got a new distributor and button so it has a new distributor and ignition control module the coil is good i tried it out and still no spark or fuel!!! i also cleaned up the ground connection for the ecu when i took out the distibutor and coil... so now it HAS to be the computer right?
parts replaced so far-
-distibutor (contains icm and cam shaft position sens.)
only parts left to be replaced that could possibly be the problem is the-
ignition switch is good as well as the coil.

Yea pluggs and wires are fine it has ngk 8.5mm performance wires and ngk pluggs

id go to a salvage yard and swap some parts out for cheap. Its barely worth it for a 500 dollar car. Ever vehicle i buy i always end up dropping to fuel tank for one reason or another, lol. Working with fuel sux bad. replace to fuel filter as well or you may run into some problems. the filter and pump should be changed together. It seems that this car is problematic with fuel filter. The pressure should be between 40 and 47 psi. if its a 93 its OBD 1. does it throw a light? can you jump a connector to tell what the light is if it has one? are the wires and plugs good? its something stupid and small prolly. good luck

ok my gf bought a 97 dodge stratus didnt have an exhaust from the manifold back and had two busted windows, replaced the windows and fabed up a whole new exhaust and turns out it has a blown head gasket! so i went and bought her a 93 honda accord se for 500 bucks guy i got it from said onlything wrong with it was the fuel pump (no big deal) before i bought it i sprayed ether in the intake and cranked it, it ran for like 5 seconds then wouldnt crank again, turned over but wouldnt crank. so i get it to her dads shop replace the fuel pump and it wont cut on so i drop the gas tank for the second time bench tested the fuel pump and it the fuel pump runs fine so i checked the plug for the fuel pump and no voltage so i figured it was the main ecu relay so i replaced it and still nothing (no power to the pump) and yesterday i checked for spark and there is no spark. i bypassed the relay and it gave me a reading for the connector to the pump of 12.4volts so i know the connector is good so i put the tank back in and bypassed the relay and i get fuel to the motor now (when the relay is bypassed but the ecu seems to not be opening the injectors and i still get no spark when i tried it with the relay in place i get no fuel or spark... so the ecu is not sending signal to the relay to turn the pump on, i probed the what is suppost to be the 12volt trigger signal from the ecu to the relay and it read 1.4-1.6 volts. anybody know what could be wrong? im thinking ecu? its driving me crazy. and im tired of riding around in my gf's moms minivan
