hey thanks i never thought about all the other resistances when you wire and that other stuff nother question i know every one knows of alpine but i was thinking about doing two 12inch type x's but i really like the typr r and i wanted sumthing a little louder so i figured the type x would be nice but it seems like people think that they are over rated or sumthing cause no one buys them and there is no vids of them on this site

With impedance rise, it's quite likely that a 1 ohm nominal load will actually be a 2-2.5-3 ohm load at the amp, so you should be fine wiring your subs at 1 ohm.

If you're looking for a sub that nobody has/knows at dbdrag, Mmats isn't the company you're looking for. I can guarantee you that every single true dbdrag competitor knows that name very, very well. If you walk into dbdrag with Mmats subs, people WILL expect big things from them.
If you're looking into lesser known subs, look into T3 audio, elemental designs, stereo integrity, kove, and to a lesser extent audiobahn (immortals), power acoustik (mofos), Planet Audio Big Bang or FU (stroker clone), or Hifonics subs (among many others)

I've only heard one Dreadnaut in person - it went super low, the bass was very accurate, and it was pretty loud. Not as loud as a Juggernaut, but better SQ. You won't be disappointed if you get them.

that amp should be able to handle 1 ohm for burps, possibly lower.

no no no mike...now u kno i am a kicker guy...go with 2 12" solo x's u kno u want some SEIROUS SPL and that is what u get

if not go with the XXX its huge, beautiful, and loud as hell

MMats is used alot in DBdrags there Juggernaut is a very good SPL subwoofer.

hey thanks for letting me know yea i have been trying to find a company that like no one has that is good so i can go up against other ppl in db drags and blow emm away cause they think i have a crappy set up

I've heard alot of good things about the Dreadnaut. i heard they actually have good SQ and they get really loud. they are mainly ment for a SQL set-up.

now i have never listend to one in person but this is what i've heard so take it for what you will.

they get above average loud, my friend has 2 12'' P2.0's in a prefab ported box powerd by a kicker 4 channel and it moves his courted panel a good 1 and half in and out on his chevell
