On the same token, we have always had products warrantied. It just sometimes took some jumping through hoops.

Well, as a company Trafik Jamz finally got Wu'd.

Long story short: Spoke with Randy Mesa (whom I have NO issues with) about some issues/complaints that I had. He advised me to forward them to George Wu (gwuatomic@gmail.com) so I did. I complained about products never being in stock, never getting the same style sub twice (different cones/baskets/etc...) and that it seemed like they just threw whatever parts they had laying around into their subs and called them good enough. There was no quality control in the past year. Tinsel leads would slap against the cones on the AP-8's making them "buzz/rattle".

I also mentioned that I didn't like the way their warranty was set up and offered some advice on how I thought they could do it better.

After hearing this criticism they decided to cancel my recent order which was a custom sub for a very good customer of mine. They then said if I wanted the sub I could still get it, but with no warranty at all.... if it arrived missing a cone that was my issue. After about a week they finally refunded my order and we went with a different sub for the customer.

My advice is this: Atomic makes some darn good subs, but until George Wu leaves the company I'd advise staying the f#ck away from them.

I guess they are content with 27 dealers in the US...... what a joke.
