There is only 1 sub I know of that takes up more than 1 cube its the mtx jackhammer 22 its displacement is 3.2 cube....not I cljding magnet brace in back

Hell prolly less than that there around .30 displacement each....just looked up team FI 18 is .30 and team sundown is .33....so there is no way the hdc4 is 1.1 cube displacment

That's the vas not the displacement....even the biggest 4hp 18 only displaces .50 cube....so these subs are only around .35 maybe .40 cube....

what 18's are you talking about because the HDC4 says 1.711 unless i am looking at it wrong.

Yeah I've converted many a kicker fan to dd and sundown from them hearing my zv4 10 and my 308s I had. This next build should convert some people to eights if I can afford what I want to do.

Yea if someone asks me for audio all I ask is what they looking for like size sub how many. And than how much money they are spending and I'll put it together for the best that that amount of money can get imo. Now if they spending them dollars.... It's hard not order stuff that I would like to hear or get use exc. Like sooo many options incriminator addictive audio Dd DC and on and on.. I'm like a kid in a candy store like I want it all!!!!!

yea i have done a couple of installs for people at work....but as soon as i mention sundown ,soundqubed or any other none kicker brand they ask who the hell they are....but i converted a diehard memphs lover to sundown tho...he was running a memphis pr 12 in a prefab ported box in his daily now hes running a E12 in a box designed and built bye me ...it blew that memphis out of the water....both wer seeing 300 watts maybe....

yea i actually met the guy from work. he let me drive his car home i am installing everything for him i am making some money too. so pretty kool and i get to test out the hds212 woofers. he ordered all this stuff for his daughters car has never herd of any of this equipment so it will be cool to use equipment that isnt main stream for him.

It's nice to Chang up o ce in a while I like having a couple diff sets of subs I am playing with diff boxes bigger 12's smaller power wise that is lol they both 12's but Chang keeps us bassheqds interested.

yea i remember when i started on here there were all kinds of people on here. i learned so much on this site. but today i am starting an install 1 hds212 on a hifonics ZRX1216.1D 4 SQ 6x9's SQ 4 gauge amp wire kit atrend box and a jvc double din in a toyota camry

y not do a 4th?..if you do a 4th order you can go as low as 1.5 cubic feet sealed per 15
....and at least 2:1 ratio will get you better performance than sealed 2.5:1 would be even better....

Would 3.249 cubic feet net per woofer be fine? just thinking of some ideas i have and wondering what i can do.
