Default Need camcorder input.

I'm looking at decent small camcorders. Not really wanting to spend more than 220. I'd like to get 720p with 60fps, most of the ones I'm finding are 30, and do 60fps in low resolution.

I'm not sure if this one does 60fps on 1080/720 but its pretty nice and I checked it out at best buy.

Samsung HMX-Q10 HD 2MP Black Camcorder | Overstock.com

edit does 60 frames per second

I'd really like to try and stay under 200 bucks

any suggestions are welcomed

damn that's a good deal. Its worth buying just to buy.

the main things I like about the samsung is it records in stereo, has 10x optical zoom not digital. Buying used sucks though

Ok its between the kodack play sport Zx5

and the samsung. I've reviewed many, many videos so far on youtube lol. The zoom on the samsung is obviously better, but the kodack seems a bit more handy due to its nifty size.

I can probably capture flex and such better on the samsung but the battery is weak sauce... But I could use my Car charger to charge it.

might come down to price, Found some used Kodack's for 50-75 range.

I played with a few JVCs at BB, not impressed at all lol. I didn't even bother looking at the sony since they were 400 and up... the Kodack and samsung were best. Nikon is my fav for still images.

A lot of companies don't list these specs or you really have to dig for them lol.

I thought mp was the size of the picture more or less. The meaning of megapixel is way off now

yea, when buying at like walmart they wont list that stuff and you will need to look it up, but online stores will list it like newegg.

yes, mp is the size of the picture, or known as resolution.

I'm leaning towards the play sport unless I can get a killer deal on the Samsung. Found factory refurbished play sports with warranty for 100 shipped. Only thing that worries me is how good the Mic is and lack of real zoom
