Yeah it was all good until the Devil convinced the subwoofers that bass boost was a good thing and needed to be turned up. Even though God told them not to. It all went downhill from there...

Low bit-rate music, clipped signals, and voltage drop came next

Low bit-rate music, clipped signals, and voltage drop came next
There came a point in time where there was only one subwoofer left who was installed correctly, was of good quality and had an accurate rms rating. God explained to him that he was going to destroy all other subwoofers, woofers, and other speakers because of their inbred lack of sound quality and their worship of capacitors. God instructed him to build a large, thick, steel fourth order enclosure with enough space for him, his family, and two of ever other kind of speaker in order to save their soft parts and voice-coils from His wrath.

The humble circular subwoofer did as he was told but was ridiculed by the other subwoofers, (mainly the square, triangular and hexagonal subwoofers) for making such an absurd box when clearly he didn't have enough plexiglass, LEDs, or chrome. The day finally came when God unleashed his wrath and destroyed ever speaker's soft parts, burnt their aluminum voice coils and bent their carboard baskets. Except for the aforementioned subwoofer, his family, and two of every other kind of speaker because they were safe inside the large fourth order enclosure.

After 40 days and 40 nights it was safe for the woofers to begin to leave the fourth order, go out, and fill the air with good, clean, loud bass.

And so ends this chapter of The Car audio Bible. Next one coming soon to an appropriate thread

Im loving this thread... LOL... I believe that this could possibly never end. Its too many Bible stories that can easily convert to car audio. Maybe the moderators will move it to a place where everyone can add on as they please. But anyway its good to laugh (its good for the soul).
