I know the wood glue is strong. I put I think half a smaller bottle on the first baffle, layed the second one ontop of it and lined it up, then I went to put the screws in and I noticed one corner...

Updates so far today.

I added some more scews to the top baffle.

Theres over ninety now on the top. I hope it won't come apart.

I also test fitted the sub. I may get this thing in paint once...

I made a boo boo.

I have the first baffle screwed on the box. I drew out the sub holes and cut them out, thinking that I could put the second baffle on and trace it out.

Thats not going to...

We did so much of the port with deck screws.

Then we went and got 1-5/8" fine thread drywall screws.It did split a bit but we glued the splits. Then after we get done with most the box, I come in...

Well I got so much cut up but I need more MDF, going to try to get a half sheet somewhere, or less.

Got the bottom and top two pieces done, and the port pieces cut, and I think the back.
