removable skin for when u decide to upgrade vehicles , even after u been slowly buildin a system,
They already have it. It's called luxury liner and overkill. Luxury liner is an actual sound blocker, and overkill is designed to stop rattles and squeeks. I do not believe they need to be adheared to anything to actually work.
Damplifier is only designed to change the acoustic properties of the metal, so most people are not even using it for what it's designed to be used for, erroneously thinking it's a sound blocker.

If I remember right, that idea was tossed around once before since there are a lot of people who don't have an air compressors. Might need to revisit that idea.

OverKill works well in this situation. I have it installed on practically every door I've had my hands on.

So basically a easy to peel off and reusable Damplifier mat? Hmm... that might be a tricky one but definitely a good idea.

We like to think that we are offering the best product on the market without compromises at the lowest price possible.
Remember we are using the highest quality raw materials to make these products, they are made in the USA, and with proprietary formulations (not rebadged roofing materials or HVAC products imported from China, Russia, or Italy).

Ah! Yeah that would be a nice product to see on the market.
And fosg8freak is correct. OverKill and Luxury Liner Pro do not need to be adhered to anything to work. The reason for adhesion is to prevent it from moving around.
Keep the ideas and comments coming, we're loving the feedback!

because that's what 90% of the Caraudio world uses because it's so large and the standard. Gotta remember that we on the forums are like only 10% or less of the car audio world...

Hey, I'm just an everyday car audio fanatic just like everyone here. :P I just so happen to have emotional attachements and a company that has taken care of me every step of the way with amazing customer service and a lot of caring people helping me out
Kinda how I feel toward second skin too, ANT, and so far John seems to be very caring toward their customers, and combine that care with a quality product and a non biased understanding of everything sound canceling/damping/modifying.
I tell you what, with the way they act on the forums, and with the oppurtunity given to me to try out a free door pack of damplifier Pro, I dont think I'll ever really switch up my favorite brand of sound deadener/cancler/whatever-er.

Thanks Michael, thats very nice of you to say that.
I'm trying my very best to continue what Ant started, provide everybody with the best knowledge and information possible regardless of product.

Pre cut kits is a good idea only issue is trying to designate which vehicles are the most popular. Hmm...
Keep the ideas coming!

More specials/ deal combos. Kit combos doesnt have to be for certain cars but like 36 sq ft of lux pro and 36 of damp pro for 350 or something like that. This would entice people to purchase more at a time so they could get that extra cash back needed for the rest of there install. There shoud be free shipping on items over a certain price!!! You should offer some sort of box liner so that people can make sure there box is completely sealed like a spray rhino liner and these could come in different sizes cans/buckets!!!! So many ideas to explore!!!!

Well you could start off with a poll on your site. or maybe when placing an order put a part that says what type of car is this for. After about 6 months or so you would have a good idea of which one would be the best to start with. Maybe ask people to get a pre-order together, on lets say like 20 different cars. I would want one for my trunk lid Chrysler 300. I know there is a lot of those out there these days. I would get one for my impala as well, again a lot of these out there as well.

This is what 90% of people are looking for. I just can't justify putting new Mercede's priced deadener in an old Chevy priced vehicle. If I ever went out and purchased a really new, nice car and had disposable funds I would look into a highly respected product, but most people drive rattly old beaters (they're the one's that usually NEED the deadening )

Combo packs suggestion has been passed on.
You can use Spectrum as a box liner. Since Spectrum is water based, when applied to MDF or any other porous surfaces it REALLY grabs on and stays stuck.

I've started a tally on what vehicles people have been working on. Some of the top ones are fourth gen Mustangs, 350Zs, and Tahoes (GMT800).

I wouldn't say most people dive rattle old beaters... there are just a lot of us who do.
No we hear ya. We are always trying to keep up with the times and keep prices as low as possible. It's difficult when we use the best of the best to make these products to insure the highest quality possible. Yes this may just sound like your typical schpeel from any other company out there, but it's seriously the honest truth.
