WOW both are very good subwoofers. be hard to say what would be better 4000rms wouldn't be quite enough for the TREO's but i think * that that kind of Power would do the xxx good. but what type of room do you have im not familiar with the Lincoln find how many cubic feet or LxWxH and we can figure it out. and would you have the type of electrical system to keep up with that amp?

ok electrical should be ok i would do the big 3 cheap and effective im going to be doing that soon too.

but 5.5 for either of the 2 isnt that much space... are you sure thats all you got... id say with that amount of space out of the sub you listed to do the XXX's but for a Lincoln you should have more spacce then that id double check

I really doubt 5.5 cubes being enough for either one of those setups.

I agree w/ tht....it might fit the XXXs if u went to the smallest ported box suggested for em....IMO i would jus get a single XXX or SSX nd throw like 2500 watts @ it for daily...

the trunk on the Car is big and deep but as you go back the thing narrows so its hard to get a box made, unless its wider in the front and a little skinnir in the back, thats the only way imgettin over 5 cubes is by doing that. There are 2 humps on each side of the trunk about 1.5 into i so its gonna cause some problems making the box but the hieght should be fine its 16.5''s but im just worried bout how it narrows out. If i could get a box built over or around or even betweent them and allow it to be bigger cmin out then i could get like 6-8 cubes outta it.

ya they do fold down but whats that gonna help? box is still gonna have to go in through the trunk. So i dont understand by what u mean by that. Hows that gonna give me more room, the prob is the wheel well humps pushin in making it about 2-3 inches skinner on each side

IMO i would still use the XXXs IMO dont go any less than 2.5ft3 per sub....if u could pull out 5-6ft3 out of ur trunk after displacement then u should b fine...

2.2 each is plenty for a XXX 06 model
