1) SI Mag is my favorite sub all around of all time.
2) 15" Brahma MKI that I owned years ago.
3) Custom underhung 10" woofer that I acquired from Stephen Ponte @ TC in 02' and ran in my Car for a few months.

Those are my top subs... many other subs are cool and/or I liked them but I'm not sure that I'd rank them as my favorites by any means. FI BTL is a powerhouse... Funkin audio Mutherfunkin' handles retarded amounts of power... DD 9500s are loud... but I guess they aren't "favorite" material for me

I don't know how I could've made that more clear.
I'm sure you could buy one driver at a time, but you would still have to buy $4000 worth, unless you happen to be in Germany.
The reps at GZ told me that there would soon be a US distributor...
I can also get Zenon amps one at a time. Don't be so arrogant.

its funny hpw everyone wants the DD Z but almost no one here could Power it right.... and the 10-20 people here that could get and and power it half the people would hate it cause its not for daily at all which im sure the half that would use it for spl will coment after this stating that they would use it for spl only.... theres a complete different world in just spl.... no music at all unless ur subs peak freq is 35-40hz but the ddz starts at 60hz which many people over look so unless u wanna go pure spl its not worth getting nor if u dont got 20000 to power it.... plus the electrical etc.... i believe about 10 people on here could get one tune it right for straight spl a nd do them good

No i gotcha bro. It just seemed that it was me that you were talking about cause i had just posted that. But i wish i could a or 2 DDZ's for spl comps. But since i do know the price on them im probally going to stick with my plan of multiple Atomic APXX 18" or Fi BTLS in my Suburban. I sure can buy a $700 APXX or $450 BTL's. The APXX would probally be better for spl but i love how loud the BTLs get for their price. I think the BTL's can compete no problem with the Treo CSX. DD 9500 and the Atomic APXX with similar installs and the recommended power. Also theres those guys with the 4 18" Fi BTLs hitting 179s in a van with perfect install and enclosure with 32000 watts of power.

***Would the BTLs compete at all with the APXX? Input please

well the csx is alot of talk i love treo to death there actually one of my favorite companies but the csx isnt as good as others out there. personally depending on how much power you run really though the apxx will take tons more power... but the thing is that unless you got or are getting tons of power i dont reccomend them ive heard APX get louder than a APXX cause it takes tons more power to get the APXX moving than it does the apx..... id say run as many btls as u can if you have a good amount of power such as 15000-20000 watts or for the APXX you should use close to 10,000 a woofer. but idk APXX line changed and havent heard any input yet so idk... id say btl though just cause of price and output.... or id even say go with kicker cvx.... i know of people on here with 2 15 cvx and are hitting close to 160db i think or it was `155.... id love to see a van full of cvx subs..... remember more subs u get less stress per woofer but its hard to tell in your app cause idk what ur working with so idk... btls though

Lol its funny you say CVX because im acutally getting 2 15" CVX for my daily driver and local spl comps nothing too extreme as im hopeing from the BTL's or APXX. I was going to get Dreadnauts but they are $450 each which is the price of a BTL for the performance of the CVX. Kicker makes good all around daily subs in my opinion and experiences so im giong with the CVX not looking for sq just loud and lower level comps. Im hopeing i can tune them to burp 150-160. But Fi, Treo, DD, Atomic, are companies im giong with for extremem spl can take a lot of power and can take all the abuse. Im probally going with the BTL's for my spl suburban. Alright thank for your help. Thanks SoundwaveDave. I appreciate it. Any more tips or advice is more than welcome also and you help is greatly appreciated

no one is threatening violence. no need to "e-thug" and i would HOPE that he is the same, although, with his inferior brain, i could see him resorting to it..

My favorite has to be the TC-5200s.

My Phoenix Gold Octane ZRs are close though because I had those all the way up with the amp all the way up daily and I never had a problem with them. They are beasts that lasted me a long long long time.
