Default BTL vs. Death Penalty

Looking to do a big time blowthrough in the bed of my gmc and I have a few questions.

1.) I am trying to decide between two setups, 2 incriminator audio Death Penalty 21's being run by an IA 40.1 amp at 1 ohm on a 12 volt system. or two or three fully loaded fi btl 18's on the same amp at 0.5 ohms on a 16 volt charging system. Which of these systems would be better for getting unbelievably loud and daily pounding?

2.) I have heard that three btl's wouldn't be that much louder than two (rule of 3 db's). Is this true?

Have to consider what is available and tested, and what is not available and isn't .

just do what you want! I would not do 16volts for daily setup!

It means unless this is a vehicle for competition he does not recommend going with 16 volts

40.1 @ .5 ohm and 16v for a daily setup?
sounds great if you just so happen to want to spend about $1500+ on your electrical alone just to keep the voltage up long enough to burn the amp by running it like that daily
