I've built 2 boxes for that Car before, go with a pair of 12's instead, you'll be louder, there's not enough height for a proper alignment for 15's. Make the box 14.5" high, and it'll slide right under that stupid little hang-down they have back there.

Remember, bigger isn't always better.

Agreed. I learn't the hard way.
It took me 4 boxes just to get my 18s to fit in the trunk of an intrepid(close to a 300 trunk space wise I'd imagine). I ended up losing the cabin gain of having it in the trunk, since I ended up firing them right into the cabin. With the same power one of the 18s is just as loud as the pair in a proper box in the trunk. But sometimes you need to experiment to find out what you like best. Although it takes twice as many subs by firing them into the cabin, it does sound better, and for me that was a sacrifice worth making.

If I could do it all over I'd just get a pair of 12s.

if i did a sealed enclosure and built the box in my trunk i could pull it off. the trunk is a good size. its just the opening are small as hell.

Agreed
Not to mention you will have twice as many coils to dissipate heat over.
And power is cheap these days.

The 300M I did has hit a 149.XX with a pair of 12's, tuned for music on a single SAZ-3000d. It's also brutal on music and sounds louder than that.
