ok so which would have the MOST cone area a 10" square a 12" square or a 15" circle
and a 10" square wouldnt beat out a 15 round would it? |

well the 15 im getting is only 125 shipped so i might just stick with what i've got because with the sub im getting i know it will perform and i dont really trust any other square subs besides kicker idk why they might work just as good or even better i just dont have the money to throw around and find out i was just asking to figure something out further down the road

Well, the area of a square is L x L, and the area of a circle is Pi * r^2.
Kicker says the outer frame diameter of the L5 is 12.5. So the area is 156.25. And the radius of 15" is 7.5. So the area of a 15 is 176.715. -C |
