Crossfire BMF
Hey , how good are those Crossfire BMF's ? I've been told that they blow with ease , is this true? becase some friends are planning to build a powered by crossfire car and they plan to buy some of those.
Worth? not? Please advice  |
The older BMF 15xT-f 's were SICK!! I played with 1 for 2 months and never had a problem with it. I dunno about the newer xt's. They discontinued that line a while back.

I wouldnt say there are bullet proof but can take some fair abuse.....
I had a Customer who had 2 running on a Memphis MC1000d and I KNOW he clipped the **** out of them, Stock electrical, 4 gauge running the amp and He distorted it everytime he played it .... He brought them in Cooked 2 months ago, he had them about 1 year almost to the day..... One thing is for sure they SUCK at Customer service, I waited NO LIE 6 months for a DB3 12' I sent in for recone......or replacement..... Im still waiting on the BMF for this homo too....and its been almost 3 months....  |

we were dealers for like 4 years and were never impressed with it funny we only made 2 orders the first year we started with them......It took us that long to finally sell it all.....
The VR1000D (1000rms) was weak as balls! a MTX 801D (500rms)would pound a mud hole in it... We would get ALL kinds of excuses from tech support about it... Ohhh You need DUAL batts, Ohhh You need to keep voltage at 14.4... Ohhh You need 8v Out! Put a line driver on it....Ohhh must be the Enclosure... The only way they would get loud is with a lightning rod attached! |
