Default car alarm install question

I was thinking of getting this

Viper 5901 (5702v) - Car Alarms - Sonic Electronix

They carry it at bestbuy for full MSRP and they will install it. My question is should I buy it from sonic and go at it myself to save cash?

I found this

1998 Hyundai Accent Alarm, Remote Starter, Keyless Entry Wiring Information

would wiring the alarm to these wires be basically what bestbuy will do?

My car is a 98 Hyundai accent with no Power windows or power locks I don't need the remote start I just like the fact the keychain chimes when car alarm is triggered so basically if my car doors or trunk would be opened I would have an alarm to let me know my car is being messed with.

Thanks for the help.

Don't take the risk of doing it yourself, spend the money and get it done propperly. DIY if you have the time and money, otherwise save yourself the hassle.

Well I'm going close to a month with it installed ended up letting best buy put it in. I am very happy with it and the only thing I can pass to anyone is the they will only connect or use the passive arming feature upon request I am two days away from a month install so they said to take it in so they can turn that feature on.
